These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of Promocode.sale (the “Site“). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2️⃣ When you use a coupon, your purchase is with the merchant — not with us. Their terms, prices, refunds and policies apply.
3️⃣ We test every coupon before listing it, but merchants can change codes anytime — so we can’t guarantee a code will still work at your checkout.
4️⃣ We earn a small commission from some merchants (see our Affiliate Disclosure) — it never raises your price.
5️⃣ Use the Site fairly. Don’t scrape it, abuse it, or post illegal content. We may suspend access for misuse.
1.Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure (collectively, the “Agreement“).
If you do not agree to any part of the Agreement, you must not access or use the Site.
2.Definitions

| “Content” | All text, images, code, graphics, layouts, listings, reviews, and other materials made available on the Site. |
3.Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you can form a legally binding contract with us under the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, whichever is greater.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms.
- You are not barred from using the Site under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
- You will provide accurate information whenever the Site asks for any.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4.License to Use the Site
Subject to your continuing compliance with these Terms, Promocode.sale grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes — that is, to discover, copy and use Coupon Codes for your own shopping or travel needs.
This license does not grant you the right to:
- Resell, sub-license, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site or its Content.
- Use any data-mining, robots, scraping tools, or similar automated data-gathering methods.
- Frame, mirror, or copy substantial portions of the Site.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notice.
5.Acceptable Use & User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other user accounts, or related systems.
- Introduce viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other harmful code.
- Harvest or collect any information about other users without their consent.
- Submit false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.
- Post or transmit content that infringes any intellectual property right, privacy right, or publicity right.
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including creating fake reviews or manipulating coupon ratings.
- Use any meta tags, hidden text, or hidden links containing our trademarks or copyrighted material.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any portion of the Site.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including without limitation removing offending content, suspending or terminating access, and reporting violators to law-enforcement authorities.
6.Coupon Codes — Accuracy & Disclaimers
We test every Coupon Code before publishing it and re-verify active codes on a rolling weekly schedule. However, we cannot and do not guarantee:
- That any Coupon Code will still be valid, active, or accepted at the moment you attempt to use it.
- The accuracy of the discount value, expiry date, minimum-spend threshold, or eligibility criteria, as Merchants may change these at any time without notice.
- That a Coupon Code will be applied successfully to your particular cart, booking, region, or payment method.
- That a listed Merchant will continue to accept any third-party Coupon Codes at all.
If a Coupon Code does not work as described, please report it to Info@promocode.sale with the Merchant name, the code, and a screenshot if possible. We will re-test and update the listing within 24 hours where applicable.
7.Third-Party Merchants & Purchases
The Site is a discovery platform. Promocode.sale does not sell, ship, fulfill, or process payments for any product, service, flight, hotel, or other booking. All transactions occur exclusively between you and the relevant Merchant.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The Merchant is solely responsible for the goods or services you purchase, the accuracy of pricing, the processing of your payment, the delivery or fulfillment of any booking, the handling of cancellations, returns, refunds, and chargebacks, and any customer-service issue arising from the transaction.
- Each Merchant has its own terms of service, privacy policy, payment policy, and cancellation policy, which apply to your transaction with that Merchant. You should read them before purchasing.
- Promocode.sale has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve any dispute between you and a Merchant.
- Where a third-party installment provider (such as Tabby or Tamara) is used at the Merchant’s checkout, that provider’s terms govern the installment plan; Promocode.sale is not a party to it.
8.Affiliate Relationships
Promocode.sale participates in affiliate marketing programs with various Merchants and affiliate networks. We may earn a commission when you click an outbound link or use a Coupon Code on the Site and complete a qualifying purchase.
The commission is paid by the Merchant or its network — not by you — and does not raise the price you pay. For complete details on how this works and which networks we participate in, please read our full Affiliate Disclosure.
Editorial decisions on the Site (which Coupon Codes are listed, how they are ranked, what we say about them) are made independently of commission rates.
9.Intellectual Property
9.1 Our IP
The Site, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, code, databases, the “Promocode.sale” name and brand, and the selection, arrangement, and editorial commentary on Coupon Codes, is the property of Promocode.sale or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
9.2 Third-Party Marks
Merchant names, logos, and trademarks featured on the Site (e.g., Almatar, Amazon, Booking.com, Saudia, flynas, Emirates, Etihad) are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of Promocode.sale by the Merchant, nor any commercial relationship beyond what is disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure.
9.3 Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual-property rights, please send a notice to Info@promocode.sale including: (a) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (b) the location of the alleged infringement on the Site; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the rights-holder’s behalf.
10.User-Submitted Content
If the Site allows you to submit content — such as comments, ratings, coupon-code reports, or messages — you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant Promocode.sale a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Site.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit is your own work or that you have all necessary rights to submit it, and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party right.
We may, but are not obligated to, review, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion.
11.Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights under applicable data-protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and KSA’s Personal Data Protection Law).

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including Merchants, payment providers, social media platforms, and analytics services. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes. We do not control, monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, or practices.
Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and is governed by the terms and policies of those sites.
13.Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The Site and all content, Coupon Codes, listings, recommendations, and information provided through it are made available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Promocode.sale specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, security, and freedom from viruses or other harmful components.
We do not warrant that any Coupon Code will work, that any Merchant will honor any offer, that the Site will be free from errors or interruptions, or that the information provided is current or complete.
14.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Promocode.sale, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost data, lost savings, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site;
- Damages arising from a Coupon Code that does not work, that is rejected by a Merchant, or that has been changed or revoked;
- Damages arising from your transaction with a Merchant, including non-delivery, defective products, cancelled flights, hotel disputes, or refund delays;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
- Any other matter relating to the Site.
To the extent that the foregoing limitation is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed USD 100 (one hundred U.S. dollars) or the equivalent in your local currency.
15.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Promocode.sale and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Site; (b) your violation of any of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual-property, privacy, or contractual right; or (d) any claim that your User-Submitted Content caused damage to a third party.
16.Suspension & Termination
We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, for any reason, including without limitation any violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including, without limitation, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution — will survive.
17.Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the homepage for at least 14 days. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
18.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Subject to the Dispute Resolution section below, the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
19.Dispute Resolution
Informal resolution first. If you have any concern, complaint, or dispute regarding the Site, please first contact us at Info@promocode.sale. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days of receipt of your written notice.
Formal disputes. If we cannot resolve the matter informally, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts specified in the Governing Law section, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
20.General Provisions
20.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Promocode.sale concerning your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
20.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20.3 No Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
20.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
20.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, civil or military actions, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Promocode.sale sell anything directly?
No. Promocode.sale is a coupon-discovery platform. All purchases, bookings, payments, deliveries and refunds are handled exclusively by the third-party Merchant whose Coupon Code you choose to use.
Are the coupon codes guaranteed to work?
We test every coupon before publishing it and re-verify codes on a rolling weekly schedule. However, Merchants can change or revoke codes at any time, so we cannot guarantee that a code will still be valid at the moment you check out.
Who is responsible if a merchant refuses a coupon code?
The Merchant is solely responsible for honoring its own coupon codes and for any disputes about acceptance, value, or eligibility. Promocode.sale is not party to your purchase contract with the Merchant.
What law governs these Terms?
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless an alternative jurisdiction is specified in the final published version.
Can the Terms change?
Yes. We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted via a banner on the homepage for at least 14 days. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
How do I report a non-working coupon code?
Send the code, the Merchant name, and a screenshot if possible to Info@promocode.sale. We re-test every reported code within 24 hours and update or remove the listing as appropriate.
